Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

Returns are accepted in case of damaged or defective items - the product being returned within 7 days and in the same condition as it was shipped. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.

Exchanges: For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested. 

Once approved, the exchanged/replaced product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery timelines may vary depending upon the location, but typhically replacements will reach you within 7-10 business days.

 Return charges Rs. 70 to be borne by the buyer.

Refund Policy:-

Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
